Damaged, incomplete or incorrect orders
Contact premiere.peptides98@gmail.com within a reasonable period of delivery with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will work with you on a replacement or refund.
Items that cannot be returned
For safety and integrity reasons, research materials that have been opened, handled or removed from their sealed packaging cannot be returned.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the sections above apply instead.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued using the original payment arrangement. Timing depends on the payment method used.
